1: Cancellation Policies
To cancel a trip we need a written notification from you. The percentage of the total price you have to pay depends on when the notification is received.
The cancellation percentages are the percentage of the total price you have to pay when you cancel your trip.

| For flights in or to Argentina, Uruguay and Chili you pay a cancellation fee of 15% of the ticket value once the ticket has been issued. |

Important information in order to our Cruises:
The passenger who wants to postpone the date of the voyage indicated in the ticket and change it for another subsequent date, he/she must submit a request to the company at least 40 days before the vessel departure, having to pay in such case 10% of the ticket value for the company carries out such postponement. However, Navimag S.A. may accept the postponements requested after 40 days before the vessel departure, provided they are requested at least 10 days before the departure and provided the passenger pays 50% of the ticket value. Except for the above situations, the passenger is not entitled to postpone the voyage date, being understood for all purposes that he/she desists from traveling and is subject to all the regulations provided for such situation.
The passenger may desist from making the voyage, during the journey in the situations indicated below and is subject to the following conditions that are applied to the ticket itself or to the guarantee deposit:
a) Before 90 days of the vessel departure by itinerary: 10%
b) Between 89 days and 70 days before the vessel departure: 30%
c) Between 69 days and 40 days before the vessel departure: 70%
d) Between 39 days and 20 days before the vessel departure: 90%
e) Within 20 days before departure: 100%
The above mentioned withholding percentages will be made over the total value of the ticket booked, both for the guarantee deposits and the ticket themselves.
In case the sailing takes place during Christmas of NewYear’s there are different conditions to be taken into account:
a) Before 95 days of the vessel departure by itinerary: 10%
b) Between 94 days and 75 days before the vessel departure: 30%
c) Between 74 days and 45 days before the vessel departure: 70%
d) Between 44 days and 25 days before the vessel departure: 90%
e) Within 25 days before departure: 100%
The above mentioned withholding percentages will be made over the total value of the ticket booked, both for the guarantee deposits and the ticket themselves.
The sailing date and hour indicated in the passenger ticket is provisional. The passenger must confirm the boarding 48 hours before the sailing. Navimag S.A. will not be responsible for the delay of the vessel sailing, if it is imputed to force majeure or act of God.
Unauthorized stopover or disembarkation or failure to make any sailing of the ship at any port shall be at your sole risk and expense, you may be denied subsequent boarding, and You will not be entitled to any refund, payment or other compensation.
2: Final Payment
The final payment has to be made 40 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL of the group
3: Changes and Cancellation by Ecole del Sur
a - Whilst Ecole del Sur will use its best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions.
b - If a mayor change is known to us, you will be informed at the time of the booking.
c - If a mayor change becomes necessary after booking Ecole del Sur will inform as soon as reasonably possible.
d - When, as a result of force majeure, a mayor change has to be made in the program, Ecole del Sur will do its best to make the change without extra cost and maintaining the same quality level. However in case there is an additional charge is involved, Ecole del Sur is not liable for these extra charges and will await your authorization before making the change. In case of non acceptance of the addition, the passenger will be asked to pay the addition charge.
e - Force majeure is war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events beyond the control of Ecole del Sur.
f - Ecole del Sur is not liable for any charges in the event of a change -beyond their control to the departure time or date of a tour, flight or other form of transport.
g - Ecole del Sur reserves the right to change the price of an offer made, for the rates and availability are subject to changes until the moment the reservation is confirmed.
4: Surcharges
Ecole del Sur reserves the right to increase the tour cost to take account of the following items: government action, over flying charges, airport charges and increase in scheduled air fares.
5: Illness or disability
a - Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour.
b - Additional costs as a result of illness, the client has to pay. In case a client has to cancel the rest of the journey, no refund will be made.
6: If a client has a Complaint
If a client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements he/she must bring it to the attention of our local office. We have 24 hour emergency lines and the client can always contact us about any inconvenience. It is only if Ecole del Sur is made aware of any problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to Ecole del Sur within 28 days of the completion of the holiday.
7: Flight Bookings
a - Ecole del Sur will use its best endeavors to ensure that all flight prices are correct at the time that they are quoted. Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw fares without prior notice. Once a deposit is paid on an airfare, it guarantees that a booking is being held for you, it DOES NOT GUARANTEE the fare. The fare can only be guaranteed when the flight booking has been paid for in full and a ticket has been issued. Flight bookings cannot be transferred.
b - The flight times given by Ecole del Sur are for general guidance only and are subject to change. Up-to-date flight times will be shown on the tickets. Ecole del Sur will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible in the event of any flight alteration. Details of airlines are also subject to change. Such alterations do not constitute a significant change to the holiday arrangements and will therefore not be entitled to cancel without paying the normal charges as a result.
c - Ecole del Sur can not be held responsible for any delay to your flight whether this delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, the action of air traffic controllers, airport authorities or (local) governments, the rescheduling of flight times by the airline, mechanical breakdown, strike, industrial action or any other reason. Ecole del Sur will give all possible aid and will be responsible for finding the best possible solution to enable the client to follow the original itinerary as close as possible for the circumstances.
8: Rooming List
• In order to process a booking we will need a formal written confirmation including the rooming list and distribution of the rooms
• Final rooming list should be confirmed 40 days before arrival of the group
